Requirements:
Pendidikan minimal D3 Keuangan / Akuntansi

Dapat membuat laporan keuangan, GL, AR/AP, dan proses administrasinya

Finance Manager
Jawa Timur - Jombang
Responsibilities:
Finance and accounting:
Supervise all accounting activities, with a particular focus on improving and enforcing internal controls and ensuring that full sets of accounts are properly maintained.
Provide timely financial reports, cashflow management, tax computation, forecasting/budgeting and statutory reports
Prepare profit and loss forecast and sensitivity analysis
Work closely with subsidiaries and associate companies , auditors, tax consultants on various accounting and tax issues
Cost accounting and control
Budgeting and Reporting:
Co-ordinate Budget and Forecast Process
Analyse monthly Budget vs Actual variances
Staff Management:
Lead the change process to switch over to a new accounts system
Ensure correct coding of expenses through providing clear guidance to staff
Manage recruitment, training and appraisals for finance staff
Requirements:
Bachelor of Accountancy / ACCA or equivalent experience
Minimum 5 to 8 years of relevant experience, preferably in manufacturing or investment related industry
Able to work independently with minimal supervision
Highly independent and pro-active
Possess drive and excellent communication skills
Managerial experience
The suitable candidates for both positions should have the following attributes:
Excellent communication skills (oral & written) in English and oral in Bahasa Malaysia or Bahasa Indonesia
High sense of responsibility and good organisational, coordination and time management skills
Flexibility and willingness to work irregular hours and travel to the field as needed
Team player and able to work in a diverse cultural working environment
Willing to relocate to Surabaya Indonesia and eligible to work in Indonesia

Responsibilities:
Ÿ Assist Finance Manager in preparing the annual budget proposal. Monitor and control budget execution to be in line with the approved budget WP&B, AFE. Recommend Department Manager and staff in terms of budgeting policy and accounting process and procedure IFRS.
Ÿ Perform the project’s cost control. Check and keep records of all invoices and ensure the conformity of invoice with material and service contracts.
Ÿ Prepare of project’s monthly statement of expenditure. Group the costs into the proper budget items. Analyze the variance between the approved budget and actual expenditure.
Prepare and submit the project’s Monthly Cost Reports to supervisor and Project Team. Preparing all Pertamina report FMR, FQR etc.
Ÿ Keep record of all service order, purchase order and contracts in order to report the committed expenditure for management’s proper decision making.Prepare documents and data for monthly withholding tax calculation and submission.
Ÿ Performs other similar or related duties, as assigned by supervisor.
Requirements:
Ÿ Minimum 5 years of relevant experience, preferably in oil and gas business
Ÿ Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English is a must
Ÿ Proficient in Microsoft Office ( Word, Excel, Power Point )
Ÿ Well organized, attentive to detail, proactive, smart, hard working, self driven, fast learner, trustworthy, self confidence, communicative and able to work independently or in team
