Responsibilities:
·         Analyze training needs, create  time table according to training set matrix analysis and submit the results to the employer, as a consideration in the decision-making training.
·         Implement training schedule and mandatory delivery (compulsory training) for employees
·         Creating training plans and accountability reports.
·         Implement training method and employees development  in accordance with the requirements, results of TNA, and gap analysis
